Project Overview:
Upday is a cross-platform news and entertainment portal that delivers breaking news, lifestyle stories, TV guides, exchange rates, and personalized content in a clean, accessible format. The platform serves a wide audience, combining informative and engaging sections under one unified experience.
Objectives:
- Redesign the entire user interface for both desktop and mobile versions.
- Improve content navigation and hierarchy for better readability.
- Create a scalable design system for multiple content types (news, finance, movies, etc.).
- Ensure a smooth and consistent user experience across devices.
Scope of Work:
- UX research and content structure mapping.
- Wireframing and interactive layout planning.
- Full UI design for desktop and mobile (home, category pages, finance dashboard, personal account, etc.).
- Component-based design system for scalable updates.
- Design of data-heavy modules: exchange rate tables, horoscopes, widgets, TV schedule.
