Studex - Customer Relationship Management

Project overview:
Internal CRM system for managing communication, applications, and workflows within an IT education company focused on children and teenagers. The system was developed as a central tool for managing leads, tracking calls, planning interviews and contracts, scheduling group classes, and organizing all internal documents and statistics. My role involved designing a clean, scalable interface that allows managers and education coordinators to work quickly and efficiently. The design follows strict UI consistency, ensures clarity at every touchpoint, and is optimized for real use on large screens in office environments.












Scope of work:
Developed a modular visual system and unified grid for over 10 CRM modules. Designed separate flows for incoming calls, interviews, events, and contracts. Created custom table views for managing large datasets. Focused on UI clarity: consistent spacing, alignment, and grid structure across all screens. Ensured responsive layout structure for easy adaptation to different screen sizes. Integrated easy-to-use components: checklists, filters, statuses, and reminders. Created a visual structure that supports real-time updates and filters.
